Here we go But First I have a Problem
I have been a Cricket Phone
customer for over 7 years.
I have not quit cricket seervice but I have made a dent in the attitude they have, I know that at least 45 people have gone elsewhere because of my complaint, I even have their names, for future use.
I like my cricket phone, I have had the same number for years so I cannot afford to lose itquite yet.
but a few month's ago my phone broke, so I decided to go get a new one.
I pay every month $4.95 for phone replacement insurance.
My phone needs are not that great,
so I chose to get a 39.95 phone.
It was on sale in the cricket store that I went to.

The story gets rather long, and it is not as
much directed at Cricket as it's stupid
employees, (but if you are working for thieves and you know it, guess what that makes you?)
but more directly with the Insurance company that charged me 50 dollars deductible for a 39.95 phone replacement. Total Cost of this phone approximately 180.00 Dollars.

My thought was that it should have been a straight across the counter trade,

It did not happen anywhere near to being this simple. (now I am sure there must be more unhappy campers out there, as well as a few that could say good things, Oh I almost forgot, while I was there in the Cricket Store there were two other extremely unhappy customers with over billing problems.
I do not know who, or where the person that I
talked with, was from.
I do know that I could not understand a fair
portion of her conversation, two reasons her dialect, which wa great English but something was missing that I just can't put my finger on and also the ambient store noise in the Cricket location I was in.

Now let me re-itterate, I am not a trouble maker, I like to have fun in what I do, I fix computers for people that cannot afford a bunch, I volunteer with several organizations in Eugene Oregon, I have been a Principal for a day at the School where I grew up. First NEVER, never, never buy the Insurance
Plan from Cricket Phone companiy . It is a total rip off. "remember I have been a loyal customer
for over "7" seven Years, with absolutely no
complaints, I have only had two phones in those 7
years I am now on my third phone, which is
leaving a bad taste in my mouth as I type.
